About Bellaflies...

The Bellaflies Foundation was founded in memory of Isabella Cheree Paquette who went to Heaven September 17, 2011. She was 3 years, 5 months, and 3 days old. She suddenly became ill with a virus that caused massive brain swelling. That brain swelling caused her to have seizures and pediatric strokes.

Bellaflies exists because of Bella’s loving spirit. She had a gift of making everyone feel special and important. It is rare to have such a giving and loving soul in someone so young. People speak about her light, and that is what we want to continue. We want to honor her, and we believe that the world will be better with more of Bella in it.

Bellaflies Mission...

The mission of the Bellaflies Foundation is to provide hope for children and families affected by pediatric strokes. The Foundation provides support to children’s hospitals, builds pediatric stroke awareness, and works to advance pediatric stroke research in medicine and testing worldwide.
